Aetheria Spa & Wellness welcomes guests daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Our final treatments typically begin at 7:30 PM depending on the service selected. For package guests and private wellness journeys, we can occasionally arrange earlier or later experiences upon request.

We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for sunset hours, couples rituals, and multi-treatment itineraries. During peak season, our most sought-after experiences may be reserved several days ahead. Advance booking also allows our concierge to tailor therapists, room options, and wellness add-ons to your stay.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are fully flexible and can be rescheduled or canceled without penalty. For changes within 24 hours, a partial fee may apply depending on the service or package reserved. Group bookings, villas, and custom retreats may carry separate policies that are always shared at confirmation.

We work with trusted Greek producers to source olive oil, volcanic clay, sea salt, herbs, and botanical extracts of exceptional purity. For guests with sensitivities, our team can also recommend fragrance-free or highly gentle alternatives.

Yes, we curate private bookings for celebrations, bridal groups, wellness retreats, and executive escapes. Our team can combine treatment schedules, dining, transfers, and exclusive use of selected spa areas or villas. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend contacting us as early as possible for groups of four or more.

Parking in Oia can be limited, but we provide clear guidance to the nearest guest parking areas before arrival. For suite and package guests, private transfer service can be arranged directly through our concierge. If you are arriving independently, we recommend allowing additional time during sunset hours and high season.
